1. Shake before uncapping.
2. For a softer look, trace a thin line from the inner corner out with the Brush Tip. For a bolder look, use the Felt Tip, widening slightly as you reach the outer corner.
3. Allow to dry for a few seconds before blinking.
PRO TIP: You can also first use the brush tip to draw dots and create a guideline for symmetrical winged lining.
TO REMOVE: Use an eye-safe makeup remover or cleansing balm.
